Advanced Practice Surgical Consulting was born out of the increasing need to recruit, hire, and train surgical Physician Assistants in the setting of burgeoning robotic surgery programs. 

As this once niche tool now grows into the standard of care across many surgical subspecialties, ensuring qualified staff are scrubbed in alone with your patients, having major surgery, and providing meaningful assistance, is critical. I have personally seen and helped many floundering robotic programs explode into sustainable, organized, and safe programs, simply by organizing who assists with their cases. The process of building such programs, however, is easier said than done.
